Digital Products
All digital products sold on this website are non-refundable once the download has started.
By purchasing a digital product, you agree that:

Your statutory 14-day cooling-off period is waived once the download begins.
Because digital products cannot be returned, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once access has been granted.

Clearance Products
From time to time, we may offer clearance or final sale physical items.
All clearance items are sold on a final sale basis and cannot be returned or refunded unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.
